How do I order Roti Macan on the website?
  1. Set the date you want to pick your order up.
  2. Choose your products and enter your email.
  3. Once payment goes through, we start preparing your order.
  4. You'll get an email when it's ready for pickup, or track your order status any time.
What are the shipping rules?

Self-pickup at Roti Macan & TTKR Roasting Co. (Jalan Buah Batu No. 129) is the only option for now. Instant delivery is coming — in the meantime you can order the bread via Tokopedia or Shopee if you need it delivered.

For website orders, can I dine in or is it takeaway only?

Both. We have a cozy dine-in space for enjoying warm bread with a freshly brewed cup from TTKR Roasting Co., or take it to go and share it at home.

How do I store and reheat Roti Macan at home?
  1. Kept in a clean airtight container, it keeps for up to 4 days at room temperature or up to 1 week in the freezer.
  2. Reheat in a toaster oven at 180°C for 3–5 minutes to bring the crisp and soft texture back. Avoid the microwave — it turns the bread hard.
What if I need to return an item or request a refund?

Please check your order and payment method before you pay. Refunds are not available for purchases made through the website.

Does Roti Macan contain dairy or gluten?

Yes. Our bread contains butter, eggs, milk, and gluten.

How much does one Roti Macan loaf weigh?

Each loaf weighs between 120 and 140 grams.

Does Roti Macan use preservatives?

No chemical preservatives. We keep the quality artisanal with premium, natural ingredients.

Is there a purchase limit per transaction?

Limits adjust automatically with order volume. If the order page still lets you raise the quantity, you can check out — if it doesn't, you've hit the limit.
